Fresh Salsa
10-12 medium fresh Tomatoes, chopped 1 large Onion, finely chopped 4 Jalapeno Peppers, de-seeded, finely chopped 6 cloves of Garlic, minced 1 can Diced Tomatoes 1 can Tomato Sauce 1 tbs. Salt 1 can Rotel |
Put chopped tomatoes in a colender to drain excess juice (overnight). When thoroughly drained, add remaining ingredients. Mix with slotted spoon until well blended. Serve with chips. Refrigerate unused portion. Add salt to taste. |
